Vendista terminals have their own loyalty system. It can help you to increase revenue, average purchase size and customer retention rate. How does it work?
The buyer gets bonuses after a payment is successfully completed. If the accumulated bonuses are enough to pay for the goods, then the bonuses are debited and the goods are handed out free of charge.
The owner of a terminal can set what percentage of the payment will be returned to the bonus account (1 bonus = 10 cents). The bonus account is linked to the buyer’s bank card.
It’s important to take into consideration that the loyalty program depends on the settings of a terminal owner. If a customer buys the product in two vending machines of two different owners, he/she will have two different bonus accounts.
